I'm actually so disappointed to have to write this. I genuinely love B&B, enough that I've spent over $5k the past couple years replacing all the bedding/towels in my house. I've never had a problem with any item I've purchased. But this robe. It SHRUNK. Horribly. Delivered yesterday so I tried it on to check the fit. Out of the box, it was perfect: roomy, oversized, great length. Sleeves were long enough that I had to roll to cuff them. Ran it through the wash tonight following care instructions (cold wash, tumble dry low). Pulled it out of the dryer & I was honestly shocked. The sleeves shrank so much they now sit 2" above my wrists. The whole thing shrank about 2" in length. And I can't even wrap it around myself anymore. I'm honestly at a loss, because I have three of the bed blankets made out of the same waffle weave, and I haven't had a single issue with those, so I don't know what it is about the robe. Really upset to have spent $100 on a robe that no longer fits me.

Winter, Spring Summer and Fall …. this well made robe is so pretty and perfect for busy days when it’s the first thing you grab in the morning as you head to the shower and the perfect robe to but on , when you’re winding down at night..The collar, wrap belt and pockets make this robe stylish, comfy and cozy.

We absolutely love our sheets. We thought the robes would be same quality. Unfortunately the are already coming apart at the armpit seams. Highly disappointed.

I am not a regular robe wearer - but my previous one was rather worn - my husband bought me a new waffle robe from Boll and Branch as a Christmas present. We have been customers now for some time on the sheets and towels so I was anxious to see what I would think about the robe. In a word: Awesome!! I put it on regularly now after showering. The fit is just right and I absolutely love the waffle material and the warmth of this robe! Highly recommend!
