I originally bought this by chance. I have had hyperpigmentation across my back from old acne for several years now, sometimes I forget about it, but then you look at a nice slinky dress and remember. I've tried many treatments chemical peels, tretinoin, hydroquinone so I wasn't expecting much. However after three weeks (of not very diligent use!) I could see results. The stubborn marks on my shoulders and back had noticeably faded - even under bright lights my skin looks more even and clear, the mottling fading. Now I'm applying this regularly and just got a second tube - I can't believe it works, I had almost resigned myself to no slinky tops for life! Now I'm going to have clear skin right in time for summer, thank you Topicals!

Best fade cream I've ever used and I'm an avid user of niacinamide, vitamin C, glycolic and lactic acids, and nothing has faded my dark marks faster than this miracle worker. Warning it is stinky due to the sulphur (like bad eggs) but the smell dissipates and with results like this, who cares?! A little goes a long way and the tube lasted me a while. I'm on my second now and I use it on my face and on my backne scars.

Nice hydrating cream. Has a sulphur smell (unlike the small one previously purchased on ebay), but this goes after a while. It has not caused any irritation or breakouts. I've only been using it for about a week and my skin is looking brighter and less dry. New acne scars are looking lighter. I would like to see if it can/will lighten/possible remove years old patches of melasma.

They have changed the formula so it’s more runny, and not as thick and creamy like before. I’ve only been using it a week and it’s already gone down quite a bit…so deffo will not be lasting any longer than 2 weeks at best. but I have seen slight improvement in some areas since using each day. Not worth the shipping cost from the us to the uk so next purchase will be when it comes in stores to the uk.
