I had a different orthopedic pillow before and used it for years. I needed to replace my old pillow and decided to try this one. I cannot say it is worth the trouble. It is better (probably) than a random hotel pillow but it is not that awesome. My neck felt sore a bit after sleeping on it and I was tossing and turning all night. I gave it acfew more nights to see if I would get used to it. But I did not like it. I am going back to my usual pillow. I will keep one for the guests.

It’s a decent pillow, but not worth the price in my opinion. I can’t lay flat, which is what you have to do to enjoy the benefits of this pillow. I was willing to give it a shot even knowing this, so I take full blame, hence giving it four stars. My head does feel cradled nicely in the center, and the pillowcase is very soft. I am a fan of the customer service. My first pillow came smelling of mold and was quickly and easily replaced. The pillow actually makes for a very good between the knees pillow, this just isn’t enough to justify the cost.

So far I love it! I’m really hoping I continue to love it and it keeps its form! However, the smell is so so bad. I almost don’t know if I can handle it OR know how to remove the smell? I’ll wake up and smell it and it just is awful. I’ve washed the cover and I’m thinking it’s the pillow. Does the smell go away? 😩

Well I like that it’s cool to the touch, and I thought it was too low, but b4 you know it, I was out, I do fall asleep faster, and it’s comfortable for my side sleeping!
