The quality is great. Very comfy and supportive. But the chemical smell is unbearable. I’ve thrown mine in the dryer a couple of times hoping to get the smell out. It seems like it’s dying down but hopefully the smell will eventually go away.

The SOFTEST, silkiest, butteriest, stretchiest material I've EVER had the pleasure of touching. It's wonderfully cool to the touch when you lay down for the night, and stays fairly cool throughout. So far, this sounds like it should easily be a 5 star review, right? As most things, there is a but, and a Sir Mix A Lot sized but. It snags. It's snags on everything. I had a small hang nail, and the very first time putting it on my pillow, the tiny piece skin caused a permanent run in my pillowcase. To me, the consistent snagging is worth the comfort, but it's definitely irritating and a minimum lol

I have not been able to use the pillow. After 9 days, it is still out-gassing a very strong chemical smell. I have had it in direct sunlight for an entire day and I have it surrounded by bamboo packs of charcoal which is supposed to absorb odor, but that's not working either. I hope some day soon I'll be able to try the pillow.

Love how soft their bedding sheets, pillow cases they are cool and so soft, they wash well
